What file formats do you accept for artwork?
We're flexible! AI, PDF, and EPS files up to 50MB are all welcome. Just make sure you stick to these formats when uploading your design.

When will my new packaging arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on what you’re ordering. Check out the individual product pages for estimated lead times. While these are estimates, we always do our best to get your products to you as quickly as possible.
We can only give you a firm ETA once you approve your proofs with us.
Can I change my design after submitting my order?
Of course! You've got until you approve the final artwork proof to make changes. After that, we are unable to make any changes as your items will be sent to printing straight after approval.
